The unit came in with a worn venturi, leaking pump seals and a control panel that had seen too many wet seasons. The contractor’s question was simple: repair or replace?
Repair, with the parts that wear
We replaced the venturi, both pump seals, the hopper grate and the complete control panel. The tank and frame were sandblasted and recoated. Everything else was measured and kept.
Result
Nine working days in the workshop, a test run at full flow, and a unit that mixes like it did in 2019 for about a third of the price of a new one.
