About us
Everything on the drilling site. We design, build and support the machines around the bore: mixing units, recycling systems, storage, rod handling and site equipment. All of it from one workshop in Nijverdal, the Netherlands, by a team of 25.
Who we are
Reliable equipment is what keeps a horizontal directional drilling project moving. That is why we keep engineering, manufacturing and service under one roof. A question from the field lands on the desk of the engineer who drew the machine, not in a ticket queue.
Our sister company, HDD Drilling Tools, covers everything that goes through the ground: reamers, drill bits, swivels. We cover everything that stays on site to feed, clean, store and move.

What we do

Engineering
Every machine starts as a 3D model and a set of production drawings made here. Our engineers design for reliability, ease of operation and the wear you get on a real job site.
Manufacturing
CNC machining, steel fabrication, mechanical and hydraulic assembly and electrical integration happen in our own facility. That is how we control quality and lead times.
Testing and commissioning
Every unit runs before it ships. Pumps, mixers, hydraulics and controls are tested as a system, not as parts, so commissioning on site takes hours instead of days.
Service and support
Our service engineers handle maintenance, repairs and commissioning support, on site or remote. Service plans keep the interval predictable and the downtime short.
Built in-house
What sets us apart is that the whole chain is one organisation. Engineering, machining, fabrication, assembly and service sit within walking distance of each other. When a customer reports something from the field, the fix goes straight into the next unit.
It also means we can say yes to a modification. A mixing unit sized for your rig, a storage tank that fits a specific trailer, a control panel laid out the way your crew works: all of that is drawn, built and tested here.

Service and support
Reliable equipment needs reliable support. Our service engineers provide technical assistance, maintenance and commissioning, whether it is a new installation or a unit that has been running for years.
Wear parts for every unit we build are kept in stock in Nijverdal. Within 150 kilometres of the workshop, transport for service work is included in our plans.
