The MudForce 2500 mixes up to 2500 litres of drilling fluid per batch and delivers a consistent, fully hydrated bentonite mixture within minutes. Built for continuous operation on demanding HDD projects.
The venturi-based mixing system draws bentonite powder directly from the bag into the flow, preventing lumps and reducing material waste. A 75 kW diesel power pack drives both the mixing pump and the transfer pump, so the unit runs completely independent of site power.
Housed in a 20-foot container frame with lifting eyes and forklift pockets, the MudForce 2500 is ready for transport within minutes and needs no assembly on site.

Bentonite quality determines the success of a bore. The MudForce 2500 uses a high-shear venturi mixer that fully hydrates the polymer before the fluid reaches the holding tank, which means you can start pumping immediately instead of waiting for the mixture to settle.

Low maintenance, high uptime
