Custom engineering solutions
When a standard unit does not fit your rig, your site or your fluid programme, we design one that does. Drawn, built and tested in our own workshop.
Equipment built around your project
– Dutch quality –
Why choose custom engineering?
Most drilling sites are not standard. A rig with an unusual flow rate, a fluid programme with a specific bentonite mix, a site with no room for a 20 ft container, a trailer that has to carry the whole spread. Off-the-shelf equipment then costs you either capacity or workarounds.
Our engineers start from your numbers: flow, pressure, volume, footprint, power on site. From there we adapt an existing unit or design a new one, and because manufacturing is in the same building, the first prototype is usually the production unit.
What you get
- Project-specific design
Sized for your rig, your fluid volume and your site, not for an average.
- One supplier for the whole chain
Engineering, fabrication, hydraulics, electrics, testing and commissioning under one roof.
- Proven components
Custom does not mean experimental: we build with the same pumps, mixers and controls as our standard range.
- Fits your existing fleet
Couplings, connections and controls matched to what your crew already runs.

Our process, step by step
– From first call to a running unit on site –
- 1
Consultation
We go through your rig, fluid programme and site with you. Often on site, always with an engineer.
- 2
Design and engineering
3D model, production drawings and a fixed quote. You approve before we cut steel.
- 3
Manufacturing
Fabrication, assembly and electrical integration in Nijverdal, with photos along the way.
- 4
Testing
The complete unit runs on our test bench. Pumps, mixers and controls as one system.
- 5
Delivery and commissioning
We deliver, commission on site and train your crew. Support continues after that.

MudForce 2500: a full mixing spread in one 20 ft frame
A high-capacity bentonite mixing unit that mixes 2500 litres per batch and runs on its own 75 kW diesel power pack, so it needs no site power. The venturi mixer draws the powder straight from the bag, and the 20 ft container frame with lifting eyes and forklift pockets means it moves between sites without assembly.
- Mixing capacity: 2500 L per batch
- Transfer pump: 1200 L per minute
- Power: 75 kW diesel, self-contained
- Operating range: -15°C to +45°C
